Folks who are drawn to working with me tend to be open to integrating evidence-based practices with other holistic methods and interested in creative therapies. We explore past wounds/trauma and acknowledge how this plays a role in current relationships and personal wellness or chronic illness. We investigate spirituality and purpose to create a sense of fulfillment and passion for life. And we work to create balance and resilience to face life's challenges with strength and greater ease.

Twenty years of therapeutic bodywork, clinical training in mental health and training as a classical homeopath has created a unique lens through which I view clients and help them attain wellness. I have a keen interest in ancestral health principles, individualized nutrition, genetics, mindfulness and healing with sound/music/energy and creative photography. Together we'll create an individualized plan including somatic trauma and bodywork, homeopathy, and traditional talk therapy. I have many tools in my toolkit to help people heal.

I completed training in classical homeopathy with the New England School of Homeopathy in Amherst, MA (2010). I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Granite State College (summa cum laude, 2020) and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College (2022). My personal passions include photography and playing the fiddle for traditional New England folk dances.
