Hiya, and welcome to my bio — I’m so glad you’re here!
I believe that healing occurs in a space where you feel safe, seen, and accepted. As a therapist, my main goal is to create a warm, supportive, and affirming environment where you can show up exactly as you are — without fearing judgment. In our work together, you can expect a space rooted in mutual respect, trust, and unconditional positive regard.

A specialization of mine, but not limited to, is working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those exploring identity, relationships, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions. I understand the importance of feeling seen, safe, and celebrated in therapy. I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the ones that have felt silenced or misunderstood.

My approach is collaborative, curious, and rooted in connection, not just to your thoughts, but also to your body and nervous system. I believe that the human body can heal itself; in therapy, we tap into our healing centers and energies in many ways. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR to support healing on every level. These modalities help us explore how your experiences are embodied in your body, unburden painful patterns, and cultivate a more profound sense of self-trust and inner calm.

Creating a positive therapeutic environment means honoring your story, respecting your pace, and celebrating your strengths — even when they feel hard to see. Together, we’ll cultivate a space where healing feels possible and growth feels supported.
