Psychology Today defines burnout as “Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and often physical exhaustion brought on by prolonged or repeated stress.” Common causes of burnout are high-stress environments, such as heavy workloads, long hours, and lack of support. A survey run by Deloitte reported that 77% of the people surveyed have experienced burnout within their workplace.
Signs of Burnout:
