Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the www.bluelotus-wellness.com website (the "Service") operated by Blue Lotus Wellness ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the website, booking services, or attending any event, retreat, or therapy session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided
Blue Lotus Wellness offers mental health therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), holistic healing services, retreats, workshops, and educational content. Services may include, but are not limited to:
• Individual and group therapy
• Medication management
• Energy healing, nutritional counseling, hypnosis, breathwork
• In-person and online healing retreats
• Integrative and alternative wellness sessions
All services are provided by licensed professionals and credentialed providers within their scope of practice.

2. Medical Disclaimer
All content provided by Blue Lotus Wellness is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent from a parent or guardian. You must also meet any specific clinical eligibility criteria for certain services, such as Ketamine-Assisted Therapy or retreats.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, particularly if safety, ethical, or legal standards are at risk.

4. Payments and Fees
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Blue Lotus Wellness accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our fees page as well at checkout.
• Payment plans may be available upon request for our retreats and Ketamine therapy services.
• Refund and cancellation policies for services, sessions are outlined in your intake documentation including consents and payment agreements.
• Refund and cancellation policies for retreats are outlined in your retreat consents and agreement
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Unpaid balances may result in the suspension of services until the balance is resolved and may result in being sent to a collections agency if over 30 days outstanding.

5. Retreats, Workshops, and Events
By registering for any Blue Lotus Wellness retreat or event, you agree to:
• Abide by our safety and participation guidelines
• Provide accurate health information as requested
• Accept risks associated with travel, group activities, and alternative therapies
Refund policies for retreats are detailed in your event registration packet and may vary depending on time of cancellation.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
For therapy, medication management, ketamine and integrative wellness appointments:
• 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
For retreats and events:
• Cancellation policies will be clearly outlined in your event agreement and will involve non-refundable deposits.

7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. We are HIPAA-compliant and take all reasonable steps to protect your personal health information when receiving clinical services.

8. Client Responsibility
By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide honest and accurate information during intake
• Follow treatment plans and recommendations to the best of your ability
• Treat staff and other clients with respect
• Refrain from recording sessions without permission

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, logos, graphics, videos, and course materials—is the property of Blue Lotus Wellness or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of our services or content without express written permission.

10. No Guarantees
While we are committed to providing high-quality care, results from therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Treatment, Medication Management and/or integrative wellness services vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or healing.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Lotus Wellness and its staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use of the website or services, including misuse of services or information provided.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Lotus Wellness, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
