Diana R. Tanner MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Nursing Practice (MSN) from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Michigan State University. With extensive experience in acute care settings, Diana is passionate about integrative medicine. She embraces the holistic health approach, the body, mind, and spirit, to improve patient health and quality of life. Diana is a strong advocate of homeopathic, alternative, and complimentary treatments for the overall health benefits for clients.

Diana specializes in depression, anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD, and OCD. She provides a soft landing for those seeking supportive services and medication management. Diana believes in collaboration with the patient at the center making decisions as a team.

Diana is proud to have served in the Air National Guard in the 157th Medical Group as a clinical nurse at Pease Air Force Base in New Hampshire.

Diana enjoys doing home improvement projects and the great outdoors, hiking, gardening, and kayaking. She adores her children and grandchildren, often spending time together reading and playing games.

Diana manages all the medication treatment needs of our clients including prescribing and managing prescription psychiatric medications, and prescribing and administering Ketamine and Spravato treatment.
