My name is Bri and I believe healing is not something we force or rush, but something we gently make space for. Therapy with me is a collaborative, grounding, relational process where curiosity, creativity, and compassion guide the work. I strive to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe in your body, and begin listening more closely to yourself. I see the therapeutic relationship as a place of witnessing where your experiences are met with presence, care, and respect, rather than judgment or urgency.
I’m a pre-licensed clinical mental health counselor and provisional art therapist (ATR-P) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Lesley University. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and person-centered therapy with creative and experiential practices like art therapy, journaling, visualization, and gentle somatic awareness. I view healing as an internal and relational experience that unfolds when thoughts, emotions, and body-based experiences are safely expressed and compassionately witnessed, supporting nervous system regulation and deeper self-trust.
Much of my current work is with adults navigating trauma, complex PTSD, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I’m especially drawn to supporting neurodivergent individuals and those parenting neurodivergent children, as well as people who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we focus on building safety, resourcing, and self-trust, always moving at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable, with an emphasis on being seen and understood rather than “fixed.”
My background includes expressive arts therapy work across the lifespan, from youth and families to older adults and group settings. Across all of my work, I bring a deep respect and curiosity for each person’s lived experience. Clients often describe our sessions as a place where emotions can be explored without judgment, where experiences are held with care, and where creativity becomes a bridge to understanding and healing.
I’m honored to be part of the Blue Lotus Wellness team and resonate deeply with its holistic philosophy of caring for the mind, body, and spirit. If you’re seeking a therapy space that values authenticity and creativity, or a space where your experiences can be fully witnessed, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
