Finding the right therapist can be a long and difficult process. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, recognizing that every person and relationship is unique and that therapy should be tailored to your individual needs and goals.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing PTSD and trauma, anxiety, depression, and overwhelming life stressors. I also work with couples experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, disconnection, and challenges within their relationships. Additionally, I have four years of experience working with children and adolescents, supporting young people as they navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental challenges.

I have extensive experience working with veterans and understand the unique challenges that can accompany military service, trauma, and the transition to life after service. I am trained and certified in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I draw from these approaches based on each client’s individual needs, helping clients process difficult experiences, develop effective coping skills, manage emotions, improve relationships, and create meaningful and lasting change.

My goal is to help clients increase confidence, empowerment, and a sense of fulfillment while developing practical skills they can use both inside and outside of therapy. I prioritize open communication and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust, respect, patience, and empathy. I actively listen and work collaboratively with each client to identify goals and determine the approaches that feel most helpful and comfortable.

In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and incorporate principles of mindfulness, grounding, breathwork, and mind-body awareness when appropriate. I believe healing can involve both the mind and body, and I enjoy helping clients explore strategies that support their overall well-being.

Whatever brings you to therapy, you will be met with compassion and without judgment. Whether you are working through trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating relationship challenges, supporting a child or adolescent, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, I am here to support you. I look forward to getting to know you, understanding what you hope to accomplish, and helping you work toward your personal, relational, and therapeutic goals
